Mike Papantonio

Mike Papantonio is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and senior partner at Levin Papantonio, one of the largest plaintiff law firms in the nation. He attended the University of Florida before earning his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Stanford University. His award-winning work in thousands of nationwide mass tort cases has yielded numerous multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of victims of corporate misconduct.

Mr. Papantonio specializes in mass torts, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death suits. His tireless pursuit of justice for his clients has earned him countless awards including the Defender of Justice Award from the American Association for Justice, the Perry Nichols Award from the Florida Justice Association and multiple Lawyer of the Year awards. He is also one of  just over 60 lawyers ever to be inducted into the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame.

Mr. Papantonio is a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers. He is a member of The National Trial Lawyers (past president), American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida Justice Association (past board member).

In addition to his prolific litigation work, Mr. Papanatonio has written several books on legal issues, including In Search of Atticus Finch, which calls for moral and ethical improvements within the legal profession. He also hosts international television show America’s Lawyer and nationally syndicated radio program, Ring of Fire.
